E.C, a 28-year-old graphic designer, struggled with low self-esteem despite her talents and accomplishments. On the surface, She was creative, intelligent, and highly capable, but internally, she constantly doubted herself. No matter how much praise she received from her clients or colleagues, she felt she didn’t deserve it. Every mistake, no matter how small, triggered intense feelings of inadequacy.

 

Her self-esteem issues weren’t new. They had roots in her childhood, where she had grown up feeling unseen and unappreciated. Today, her self-confidence has blossomed. She no longer feels like she’s pretending to be successful—she knows she’s earned her success. Her journey is a testament to the fact that therapy can help you break free from the inner critic and reclaim your sense of self-worth.
