Caring & Compassionate
You will find my therapy style to be genuine, down to earth, interactive, and compassionate.

By applying evidence-based, complementary therapy approaches, and techniques, I help people get rid of the obstacles of long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that are holding them back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Therapy may help you find more happiness in your relationships, change the negative view of yourself, and reduce stress in your life. We will meet in an attractive, confidential, professional office setting where you will feel safe and comfortable.

We will form a genuine collaboration and work together actively to achieve your goals, whether resolving problems that are interfering with your life and happiness, dealing with challenges and life transitions, or enhancing personal growth.

I believe that your goals should be our therapeutic objectives. I will strive to provide the optimal balance of active guidance and understanding to accomplish your goals.

My Philosophy

My therapeutic approach is genuine, down-to-earth, interactive, and compassionate. I utilize evidence-based, complementary therapy methods to help individuals overcome long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that hinder a fulfilling and meaningful life. Through therapy, you may enhance your relationships, improve self-esteem, and reduce stress.
My Education

Becoming a psychologist requires extensive education and training. It begins with earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field, providing a foundation in psychological theories and research methods.

This is followed by a master’s degree, where students delve deeper into specialized areas such as clinical, counseling, or developmental psychology. The pinnacle of education is the doctoral degree, either a Ph.D. or Psy.D., involving rigorous coursework, research, and clinical training.

Doctoral students complete internships and practicums to gain hands-on experience. After earning their degree, aspiring psychologists must pass a licensing exam and fulfill supervised practice hours. Continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest advancements in psychology.

My Experience

As a psychologist with 35+ years of experience, I have had the privilege of guiding individuals through their journeys of self-discovery and healing.

My work encompasses a diverse range of clients, each with unique challenges and stories. Utilizing evidence-based approaches, I have helped people overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

My practice is rooted in compassion, active listening, and genuine interaction, ensuring that clients feel heard and supported. I continuously stay updated with the latest research and techniques to provide the best care possible.

Each session is tailored to meet individual needs, fostering personal growth and resilience. Witnessing clients transform and achieve their goals is the most rewarding aspect of my profession.
